Terms of service
Effective 25 July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Adria Holding Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16090876, registered office Flat 3 Bench Apartments, 22 Kings Bench Street, London SE1 0QX, United Kingdom), operating the Peragam platform at peragam.com. By creating an account or using Peragam you agree to them. Questions go to alex@adriaholding.co.uk.
What Peragam is
Peragam runs business tasks for you using autonomous AI agents: planning, building and deploying websites, sourcing sales prospects, writing and sending outreach, posting to social accounts you connect, and running advertising campaigns in your own ad accounts. Every task executes in an isolated environment and its completion is decided by an independent machine check against a definition of done, never by the agent that did the work. The results of that check are recorded in a receipt you can inspect.
Accounts
Peragam is a business tool. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. During early access we admit accounts in batches and may change or withdraw preview features as we learn.
Billing: subscriptions and credits
- Paid plans are billed as a subscription plus per-task credits, processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
- A task that fails its verification check charges zero credits. The credit charge and the verification result settle in the same step; there is no state in which a failed task has billed you.
- Costs that third parties charge you directly through accounts you connect — for example ad spend in your own Google Ads account, or fees on your own Stripe account — are yours and are separate from Peragam credits.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable; where something has gone wrong on our side, contact us and we will put it right honestly.
Approvals and your responsibility
Actions that carry your name into the world — outreach emails, social posts, ad campaigns, purchases — wait for your explicit approval under your company’s approval policy before they run. When you approve an action, you are responsible for its content and its consequences, including compliance with laws that apply to your business and your market (for example marketing and anti-spam law in the places you contact people). Peragam enforces its own safeguards, but they do not replace your judgment about your business.
Connected accounts
Some capabilities act inside accounts you own on other platforms — Stripe, Google Ads, social networks. You confirm you have the authority to connect them, you remain bound by those platforms’ own terms, and Peragam acts in them only on your instructions. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, and stored credentials are deleted when you do.
Your content and what you own
You own what you bring (your company ideas, briefs, data) and what Peragam delivers to you (sites, reports, campaign work product). You grant us the licence needed to process that content to provide the service — nothing more. We own the platform: the software, the verification system, and the service itself. Feedback you choose to give us may be used to improve the platform without obligation.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive use, and no infringing content.
- No use of the outreach or advertising capabilities in ways that violate marketing, anti-spam, or data-protection law applicable to you.
- No attempts to break task isolation, probe or overload the platform, or gain access to other customers’ data.
- No reselling or white-labelling the service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Honesty about limits
Autonomous agents fail sometimes; that is exactly why verification and zero-charge failure exist. A verified receipt records that a specific machine check passed — it is not a promise of business results, revenue, or fitness for a particular purpose. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us for the service in that period. You agree to stand behind the content and instructions you provide: if a third-party claim arises from content you supplied or actions you approved, you will cover the losses that claim causes us.
Termination
You can stop using Peragam and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, or wind down the service with reasonable notice. On account deletion, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
When we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and notify account holders by email for material changes; continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
